Pension organisations across the globe face similar challenges; ageing societies, member engagement, operational efficiency, investment strategies and post-retirement solutions. But in practice, pensions are specific to a country and its citizens, and only few individuals have the global overview. In this episode we explore the global trends among pension delivery organisations and share best practices.
To talk us through these trends is Jo Pilger, Global Pension and Retirement Leader at EY. He shares his experiences and covers the trends in both pension administration and investments. What challenges are leading pension schemes experiencing? What are the best approaches across the world that are worth considering?
